Wohnung entspricht nicht den Erwartungen. Bett zusammengebaut aus Teilen, die ursprünglich nicht zusammengehören, daher eher instabil, Matratzen durchgelegen. Muffiger Geruch in Küche und Bad, duschschlauch undicht, Wasser zeitweise abgestellt.
