Description
House with panoramic view to the sea and the Teide The house is located in La Victoria de Acentejo in the north of Tenerife, next to a cliff and with infinite views to the Atlantic Ocean. It is in a very quiet urbanisation without traffic.
The 400 square metre garden has a private swimming pool. Next to it up to six sunbeds and sunshades with pool towels. The Patio is a room open to the garden, prepared as a dining room for six people and with an inside toilet. The Mirador del Atlántico is located in a corner of the garden and overlooks the ocean and Mount Teide. It has a table and six chairs. The barbecue is mobile and can be used at various points in the garden. The jacuzzi is located next to the pool.
The ground floor of about 150 square meters consists of the following spaces: living room with sofas, armchairs, auxiliary furniture and TV with national and international channels as well as YouTube and Netflix. The reading corner, space dedicated to entertainment, music and "Siesta". The kitchen is fully equipped, gas cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, slicer, coffee machine, etc. and you will find a welcome cleaning kit. The house has crockery and cutlery for use in the various indoor and outdoor dining areas. The main bathroom has a toilet, shower, two washbasins, mirrors, hairdryer, bathrobe and towels for each guest as well as a welcome hygiene kit. Room 19.83 has a 1.80 x 1.90 bed, bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe. Room 19.88 has two bunk beds of 0.90 x 1.90 each, mirror and wardrobe. Room 19.95 has a 1.80 x 1.90 bed, bedside tables and lamps, mirror, wardrobe, armchairs and side table. Possibility of extra bed or cot on request. The bathroom next to this room has a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror, wardrobe, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, bathrobe and towels for each guest as well as a welcome set of toiletries. All rooms are equipped with sheets, duvets, two types of pillows, cushions and blankets.
