The house is quietly located in a side street in a typical Canarian village.
The sustainably run finca holiday home has an area of 45 sqm and consists of one large room. There is a flatscreen TV and a double bed, which can also be placed separately. The kitchen is integrated into the room. The dining table separates the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender and lemon squeezer from the living/sleeping area. The adjoining bathroom has a WC, a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
There is wooden garden furniture and a parasol on the terrace. There is a free car park in front of the property. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for dogs.
We strictly adhere to the Covid-19 hygiene regulations. We attach particular importance to the proper cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces, door handles, light switches, etc. Our guests have sufficient hand soap and sanitiser at their disposal. Our two female dogs and our cat are also looking forward to your visit.
There is a small supermarket and a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful hiking trails and the forest can be reached in a few minutes by car or on foot. Icod de los Vinos is about 5 minutes away by car and the beach of San Marcos is about 7 minutes away.
