This early 20th century stone house is located in the city of San Nicolas de Tolentino, in the southwest of Gran Canary Island. It sits in natural surroundings with only two other neighbouring houses. The 350 m² holiday house was entirely renovated in 2000. It is an example of typical and traditional Canary architecture, where the bedrooms are located around an inner courtyard. The two-storey holiday house boasts a living room with sofas and satellite television as well as a small dining table on the ground floor. The patio is accessible from the living room. A high chair and children's cots are also available. The house is located about 80 minutes by car from the airport. You can reach the closest restaurants, a bar and shopping facilities for your daily needs within a 5 minute drive or a distance of 1 kilometre in the closest town. The closest beach in the town of San Nicolas is about a ten minute drive. It is partially sandy, partially a pebble beach. There are several sandy beaches along the west coast, which have not yet been inundated by masses of tourists. Adjacent to the house, there are numerous hiking trails leading through the gorgeous pine forest and offers ideal conditions for climbing and mountaineering.
