Beach front apartment to rent in Javea Port with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Cabo de San Antonio. Wake up watching the sunrise in Javea !, have breakfast on one of the two terraces of the apartment or, just cross the street, bathe on the beach and eat a great paella in one of the many restaurants on the seafront of the port. A beach front apartment with two floors, private exit door to the street, private garden, communal pool, free wifi and garage space in one of the best areas of Javea. On the ground floor has a large terrace with table and 6 chairs, a dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle ...) and a bathroom. It also has a small garden at the entrance, children have a lot of space to play here, ideal for family holidays!

The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, a large double room with an inside bathroom and a whirlpool bath and another room with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower. The two rooms have access to a beautiful terrace that has a table with 4 chairs, it is a perfect place to have breakfast, enjoy a good wine and watch the sunrise !. There is access by elevator to both floors from the parking.

The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. It is a rental apartment especially suitable for families with children, it is a closed urban and family where they have plenty of space to play, a large pool in the building and many water activities just 50 meters from the holiday home, jet skis, paddle-surfing, kayaking, etc. .

When crossing the street you can enjoy two beaches, La Grava, which is a pebble beach and that of the Primer Muntanyar, which is the longest beach in Javea, 2km long and is not usually very busy.
This beach has a beautiful view of the Cabo de San Antonio, where rough stone and gravel are mixed, but rough stone takes more prominence since it occupies 1,600 meters of the total of the extension compared to the 400 meters occupied by the gravel. Ideal for snorkeling!

Another thing that can be done on this beach is to observe the wonderful sunrise also known as the "dawn of Spain", it is a beautiful sunrise !.

The "chiringuitos" are the big stars of this beach. It is a perfect place to take a rice with spectacular views or to have a good cocktail listening to the sound of the sea, in addition, the good thing is that you can directly go out of the sea and have some tapas and a beer with your swimsuit on :)

But in addition to the summer beach bars that are assembled and dismantled, on this beach there are two large beach-clubs that are also a few meters from the sea. In them you can eat and dine for a drink or a cocktail and are accompanied almost all day by music by a DJ, are La Siesta and Montgo di Bongo. You can go with children if you wish!

The other beach, La Grava beach, is the beach of the port of Javea, a beautiful urban beach. It is pebble although in some small areas it has sand with gravel. Its waters are clear and crystal clear throughout the year so this is one of the three beaches of Javea that has the blue flag award that rewards its cleanliness and services such as surveillance by lifeguards of the Red Cross and a health post to meet any incident. It also offers wooden walkways and a floating platform for the little ones. Another service offered by the two beaches is the rental of sun beds and umbrellas so that users can sunbathe without worrying about the stones.

The port of Javea with the boats of the sailors is a few meters from the beach of La Grava, also the fish market of Jávea where you can buy fresh produce from our bay all year round.
