Can Cool is ideally located in the residential neighborhood of Sa Carroca, just 10 minutes from Ibiza town and the airport. Modern architecture villa where straight and horizontal lines predominate, with wide spaces open to the outside and to the luminosity of Ibiza.

The house has 300 square meters of surface, when entering a fantastic living room with high ceiling lattices and overlooking the pool and garden welcomes us. Outside we find a large rest area and an outdoor dining room that will undoubtedly be the preferred spaces to enjoy the days and nights of summer.

The house has a total of 4 rooms. The two main bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own bathroom and terrace with views. A large bedroom and a smaller bedroom are located on the ground floor, these two rooms share the same bathroom.

The kitchen has a modern, practical and functional design, fully open and equipped. Includes a small grill where you can prepare delicious meats or fish.

The property also has a separate billiard room to enjoy with family and friends. You will enjoy the internal and external Bose speakers (with bluetooth system) that will allow you to play music from your device, with the best sound quality. A large TV screen is located in the living room and has access to Netflix.

The garden is simply wonderful, relax yourself watching the movement of the palm trees pushed by the gentle breeze. The pool is 10 meters long by 4 meters wide, together with the garden are one of the real hallmarks of the property. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a week at set times.
The laundry is located in the back of the house and will allow you to clean, iron and dry in a large and comfortable place. Cleaning the house is essential for our guests, it is carried out at least twice a week. If you wish you can have daily cleaning service on request.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area. You can park your car freely within the fully fenced property with automatic gate and alarm system. The house is just a minute's drive from a large shopping area. And just a few meters from the Country Club where our guests can book paddle and tennis courts.
