Description

Modern holiday flat with large terrace on the ground floor of a two-storey building. The flat with shared pool is located in the new district of Mil Palmeras, just 43 km from Murcia-San Javier airport and 58 km from Alicante-El Altet airport. It is less than 300 metres from the sea and 500 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Mil Palmeras. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool in the common area of the complex.
The holiday home is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, air conditioning, TV, iron, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. It has an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the terrace, where there is also a table and chairs, sun loungers and a rattan sofa for 4 people to relax on. You can park on the street near the flat. The location of the flat is very convenient. You can walk to the beach, the supermarket and the centre of Pueblo Latino or Mil Palmeras, where there are many bars and restaurants.
For nature lovers, a trip to the Salinas de San Pedro National Park is recommended, where you can see different species of flamingo, as well as enjoy the rest areas and cycle paths. In Lo Pagán you can take a mud bath, which has a relaxing and pain-relieving effect, as well as alleviating skin problems.

We also recommend a trip to the Mar Menor, where you can enjoy water sports such as water skiing, kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. Other attractions close to the flat are San Javier (famous for its jazz festival), Cartagena (important port, archaeological museum, Roman theatre ruins, Calblanque National Park) and Murcia (Santa Maria Cathedral, numerous museums, which are worth visiting especially during Easter because of the many parades and music festivals in spring).
