The Villa is located in a very quiet rural area with beautiful landscapes at 5 km from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia as well as all its beaches and services. The nearest beach is LLenaire in Puerto Pollensa at 3,5 kms.

Spacious and well kept gardens (1200 mts of lawn) in which there is a fantastic 4x12 mts swimming pool which is perfect for practising laps. Semi-integrated with the pool there is a 4 square metre Jacuzzi with a double line of jets, as well as 8 sunbeds and a parasol. On the pool porch there is an American Billiard and a table for eight people as well as their respective armchairs. Next to this porch there is a relaxing pond with lots of vegetation and aquatic life. With access from the kitchen there is a second porch where the bbq is located as well as table and seats for 8 people in order to be able to make magnificent and romantic dinners. the clients have at their disposal 6 parking spaces.

The Villa consists of 275 meters built on two levels. on the ground floor there is a large living room with flat screen TV, large sofas, as well as a piano which is at the disposal of the guests, a separate dining room as well as a large library with plenty of fiction books, social games and a relaxation corner overlooking the pond, There are two porches, one with barbecue and the other with billiards and table for eight people, as well as a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and kitchen equipped with espresso and melita coffee machine, toaster, water heater for infusions, dishwasher, 70 cm oven, microwave and refrigerator with ice dispenser, laundry room equipped with dryer and washing machine of high range as well as iron. On the upper floor there is a master suite with double bed 1,80x1,90 and bathroom with hydro-massage and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

The Villa is located 5 kms from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. the nearest beach and restaurants are 3.5 kms away in the area of Puerto Pollensa. in all three towns the clients will find a wide variety of restaurants and complementary offers, as well as facilities for water and mountain sports, the beaches of Alcudia are fantastic for families with young children while the beach of Pollensa and its port are of an exuberant beauty.
