Villa Sol is located in a beautiful area of Cala Santanyí. It has a fantastic location for enjoying the untouched nature of Mallorca.

The house has a terrace, with nice views. Its 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people, who can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a bathroom.
The holiday house is ideal for larger groups traveling together. In low season only the upper part can also be rented for couples or a smaller family. Villa Sol has Air Conditioning which makes it also suitable for the winter months.

The chalet is located walking distance from Cala Santanyí sand beach and 800 m from Cala Santanyí city with several restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect for any activities like diving or various other water sports.

What to expect:
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, German), radio.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
