This wonderful house has simple but very cosy and well cared for exteriors, where the protagonist is undoubtedly the beautiful private chlorine swimming pool, surrounded by a gravel terrace with 4 sun loungers and a furnished area where you can enjoy the sun with a coffee, an orange juice or a glass of wine. The pool measures 8 x 4 m and has a depth of between 1 and 1.75 m deep. At your disposal, there is an outdoor shower and a terrace with a table with chairs and a barbecue. Inside you will find a fantastic living room, equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, open to the dining area and the kitchen, where you can prepare delicious recipes on the ceramic hob or in the oven. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can't leave without visiting it! The Natural Park of Mondragó is also very close and is perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature and go on an excursion.
