Surrounded by pine trees, the holiday home Villa Es Pinar is a small oasis of peace for up to 6 people. It is located just 1600 metres from the protected beach of S'Amarador, next to Cala Mondragó, and just a few hundred metres from the rocky coastline. A lovely covered terrace is perfect for dining or just relaxing. The terraces surrounding the house have beautiful flowerbeds and trees. Barbecue (charcoal only due to fire risk).

The kitchen, completely new and fully equipped, includes ceramic hob, 4 ring cooker, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Three bedrooms: one with double bed (150 x 190 cm) and two with two beds each (90 x 190 cm). Bathroom with toilet. There is also an outside shower with toilet.

Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed to book. Failure to comply with this rule will result in refusal of entry at check-in.

Three steps lead up to the covered terrace and the entrance of the house. Situated on a fully fenced plot of approximately 400 m², the cosy holiday home ES PINAR offers approximately 130 m² of living space:

Finca Villa ES PINAR is located in the heart of the beautiful Natural Park of S'Amarador, near Santanyí, in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. It is about 1600 m from the sandy beach of S'Amarador and close to Cala Mondragó. The small picturesque village of Cala Figuera is only a few minutes away by car, as is Santanyí. Here you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, boutiques and excellent restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Santanyí also has a colourful weekly market.
