The 140 m2 house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and AC that will be ideal to extend your evenings, as well as a bedroom, also with AC and a double bed. The kitchen, independent and gas, is prepared for you to cook in total comfort. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is another living room and two bedrooms with AC. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
