There’s also a shared garden, a children's playground, a pool table, table tennis and a BBQ for guests’ usage.

Inside, the open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs and a flatscreen satellite TV. This area also incorporates an eat-in kitchen which is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a dining table.

Location

The property is located in the small village of Brezovica pri Gradinu in the southeastern part of Slovenia, close to the border with Croatia. The village is surrounded by rolling hills, forests and farmland providing the ideal location for outdoor activities including hiking, cycling and nature walks.

Popular nearby excursions include: a day trip to the historic port of Koper (a 30-minute drive), San Giusto Castle (a 45-minute drive) or a trip to the nearby village of Gradin (a 15-minute walk) where visitors can explore local churches, traditional architecture and learn about the history of the area. For fun in the water, Aquapark Istralandia is a 40-minute drive away.

The local area is also a paradise for wine enthusiasts, there is a vineyard a 6-minute drive from the accommodation where guests can enjoy the local wine whilst learning about the centuries-old winemaking traditions that define the area. The closest restaurant is a 8-minute drive away and a supermarket a 2-minute drive from the property.

The closest international airport is Trieste Airport (TRS) in Italy, approximately a one-hour drive away.Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
