Nestled on a hillside a 5-minute walk from the nearest village and a minute’s walk from the local winery this spacious apartment comfortably sleeps five guests and enjoys incredible views of the Alps and surrounding countryside.
The apartment enjoys a separate entrance, a light and airy living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, a flat-screen HDTV and access to the balcony through large glass sliding doors. The separate kitchen incorporates a small dining area and is equipped with; a coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

The property is located in the beautiful region of Goriška Brda near the Slovenian-Italian border. The region is a paradise for wine enthusiasts and there are two vineyards within a 5-minute walk of the apartment and another a 25-minute walk away. Here guests can enjoy the local wine including Rebula, Malvazija and Merlot, whilst learning about the centuries-old winemaking traditions that define the area.
Visitors can also enjoy the network of scenic trails that ascend to panoramic viewpoints that offer incredible vistas of the Julian Alps and the Adriatic Sea. For those interested in history and culture, the nearby villages of Dobrovo (an 8-minute drive) and Smartno (a 3-minute drive/25-minute walk) are popular, with cobblestone streets, terracotta rooftops, medieval architecture and churches. Both villages are also surrounded by many more wineries. There is a supermarket a 3-minute drive / 25-minute walk away.
The closest international airport is Trieste Airport (TRS) in Italy, approximately a 45-minute drive away.
