You will find a spacious kitchen equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, various kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

As for the gastronomy, being it also a symbol of the city, you will have at about 600m the Cervejaria Levare, with the famous Francesinhas, or the Escondidinho restaurant, with traditional Portuguese food, at the same distance. At 600m is also located the São Bento Train Station.
