Description

This tastefully and comfortably furnished villa, with heated pool, is tucked away in the quiet and private Sesmarias villa development, also known as Sesmarias Country Club, near Carvoeiro. It is just a few kilometres west of Carvoeiro, close to some smaller beaches and the vast beach of Ferragudo. The Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are also nearby. From this holiday accommodation, there are beautiful views over the hills to the west of Portimão and the Monchique Mountains to the north. The large living room with its open-plan dining room is decorated in warm colours. From here you can overlook the pool. The holiday home has wireless Wi-Fi internet access. Almost all Dutch, Belgian, German and English channels can be received on the TV. Furthermore, you will find a radio, CD and DVD player. The kitchen, which is equipped with all modern appliances, and the dining room are connected to the covered terrace through large sliding doors. There is a large dining table. Among other things, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner hob, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The washing machine and dryer are in the utility room. The villa is decorated in a modern classic style and can accommodate six adults and three children. On a living area of around 230 m², it offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spread over two floors. Via the driveway, paved in Portuguese style, you reach the villa and the beautiful garden around it. A small playground, with swings, slide and climbing frame, and the 9 x 5 m heated pool with a depth of 1.50 m are located at the back of the building. Here there is also a large terrace covering the entire width of the house. From here you have views of the countryside and the sea on the horizon. On the terrace there are three seating areas for relaxing. One seating area consists of a comfortable sofa with a table. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue. If the pool needs heating, please refer to the information in the extras to be booked for the costs. The pool can be covered, making it safe for children. There is also the possibility of turning the outdoor shower into a children's pool, with an area of about 2.5 m² and a depth of 30 cm.The villa has wireless Wi-Fi internet, which you can use free of charge, and a safe. The maid comes up to three times a week. The pool and garden are maintained and cleaned regularly. Further amenities for children are available, such as a cot, a high chair, toys, etc. This villa also includes a garage, which you can use for free as a parking space or storage room during your stay. Furthermore, two more vehicles can be parked on the property itself and in front of the plot is a parking lane at the driveway. The plot is completely fenced off and can be locked. On request and after prior confirmation, it is possible to bring a pet. You can undertake the following activities here: fishing, surfing, water skiing, diving, cycling, golf, horse riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, hiking, etc. The town of Ferragudo, with a range of shops, restaurants and cafés, and the beautiful beach of Carneiros are only a few kilometres away. The nearest towns are Carvoeiro, about 3500 m away, and Ferragudo, about 5000 m away. The nearest beach is in Carneiros, about 3700 m away, the nearest supermarket about 600 m away, the nearest restaurant about 800 m away and Faro airport about 60 km away. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with private bathroom and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful views. The bedroom has a king-size double bed, 180 x 200 cm. The attached bathroom has a shower, two sinks, a mirror, shelf, a toilet and a window. Bedrooms two and three have single beds of 90 x 200 cm and these rooms can always accommodate two people. The second bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub, a sink, a mirror, a toilet and a window. The fourth bedroom, for children, is on the first floor and is furnished with a bunk bed (80 x 190 cm). In addition, there are three more cots that can be built up. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The third bathroom on the upper floor has a bathtub, two washbasins with base cabinet and mirror, a toilet and a window. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels twice a week. Tiled floors keep the villa cool in the hot summer months. When it gets colder, the house can be heated by central heating and a fireplace.
