Quietly located property with three different holiday rental properties The property sits on the end of a steep cul de sac, on a three hectare property in a rural location. The property houses a farm house for ten people and two newly built studios, accommodating four people each. The community garden offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The community pool measures 8 x 4 meters. The entire property (about three hectares) is enclosed by an old wall. The barbecue is communally used. Parking is available on the property as well. The garden houses many fruit trees and flower beds. The community garden has several patios with outdoor furniture. Please note that the access road is narrow. The adjacent living room is furnished with a television, a DVD player and a fireplace. The two adjacent bedrooms are each furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed; an additional child's cot can be supplied upon request. The other three bedrooms are located in the basement and are accessible from outside. The first bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), which can accommodate two children. The second bedroom also offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The two bedrooms are connected and share a bathroom with a shower, two toilets and two sinks. The third bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, a sink and toilet. The patio is furnished with a fridge, a bar, a table and chairs for ten.
