House:
A wonderful location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature. A beautiful, wooden, highlander-style holiday cottage situated at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level, surrounded by a Carpathian beech and fir forest. It's the perfect place to admire sunrises and sunsets over the mountain peaks. The owner's house is the only other property nearby, offering peace, quiet, and stunning views. A comfortable holiday villa with a large terrace, complete with sun loungers and garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a very spacious living room with a fireplace and bookcase, a dining room, a large, well-equipped kitchen (modern appliances, traditional kitchen and wood-burning oven, bread oven (e.g., for pizza), and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is an open-plan space that also serves as a bedroom (large, comfortable double bed) and two lockable triple bedrooms. One of these bedrooms also has access via an opening attic staircase to an additional double bedroom in the attic. Guests also have access to a large basement that serves as a recreation room: a sauna (for an additional fee), a bathroom with a shower (also includes a washing machine), a table tennis table, table football, and darts. Central heating (electric) and a fireplace (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. Guests have exclusive use of the private area surrounding the house. There is a barbecue and parking. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, final cleaning, internet, and parking. A baby cot is available upon request. The cottage is 700 meters away via a dirt road, accessible only by 4x4 vehicle in winter. Cars can be parked in a more accessible spot approximately 250 meters from the cottage. Luggage is delivered from this point by the host in winter. The Piwniczna Zdrój spa center is approximately 6 km away. In winter, a ski resort operates nearby (approx. 4 km).
