A comfortable, two-story holiday home on a private, fenced property (for exclusive use by guests) with a free spa area: sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, and a cooling tub. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, large table, fireplace, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms. Next to the house is a separate cottage with a sauna, a cooling tub, and a jacuzzi. The house is heated by a fireplace (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There's a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The extensive private grounds offer a bonfire area and secure parking. On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge. The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, water, firewood, final cleaning, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duze (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).
