On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (TV, large table, fireplace, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are four separate bedrooms. The cottage includes a sauna, a relaxing salt cave, and adjacent cooling tub and jacuzzi. Fireplace heating (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture. On the private property, there is a garden gazebo, a barbecue, and a fire pit. Secure parking is available. On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge. The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, salt cave, water, firewood, final cleaning, internet, parking, and fishing in a private pond. The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duze (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).
