This cozy holiday home is located at the bottom of the dunes of the beach with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. At this unique location in Zoutelande, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in this accommodation with its own dune entrance, which means that you can be on the beautiful Zeeland beach in literally three minutes! The cozy cozy living room is furnished with a sitting area consisting of a sofa with coffee table, there is also a dining table with seating for 4 people. The compact kitchen contains everything you need such as a hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and kettle, making everything available to cook and enjoy a meal in your holiday home. Unique to this accommodation is that, despite its size, there are no less than 3 bedrooms. In two of the three bedrooms, located at the front of the house, you will find a single bed (90x200cm), sink, chest of drawers and a chair to hang any clothes. The last bedroom and bathroom are located at the back of the house and can be reached through the living room. The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), a chair and a closet, here is also some storage space and a clothes rack to hang clothes. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and a design radiator to dry the towels. A nice extra is the presence of a washing machine in the bathroom, so after a day at the beach you have wonderfully clean things for the next beach day. In the sheltered garden (60m2) at the bottom of the dunes you can sit comfortably at the garden table with space for 4 people on the terrace (20m2) under the roof. The garden is also equipped with grass and plants. If you are staying with a child up to and including 2 years old, a foldable baby cot and a high chair are available for this. Your four-legged friend can also come along in this holiday home, because one pet is allowed in this accommodation. There is also one parking space at the house.
