Villa Oesterdam Wellness 16 has a living area of 200m2 and consists of three floors. On the ground floor is the living area with TV and decorative fireplace where you can enjoy your holiday together. There is an open kitchen which is fully equipped for a large party, including a combination microwave, two dishwashers, oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and two refrigerators. There is a separate toilet in the hall. 

In the basement, the villa has four bedrooms, a separate toilet and two spacious bathrooms with a sun shower, sauna and a bubble bath. Make use of the various wellness facilities for ideal relaxation and you will feel like you want to stay here forever. On the top floor, there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a television. 

The different living levels give you a feeling of peace and quiet and still have a bit of privacy, despite the fact that you are staying in this villa with a large group. Do you already have in mind with which part of your family or with which group of friends you would like to stay here?

Your stay is also including made beds, kitchen package, towel package and a final cleaning so you don't have to think about anything and can fully relax. Villa Oesterdam Wellness 16 is strictly non-smoking, pet-free and it is possible to place a number of children's beds. 

A location directly at the water is not possible for this type of villa.
This type of accommodation can be booked all year round with flexible arrival days, even in the summer months. You can arrive daily with a minimum of 2 nights except Sundays.
