In this luxury villa, for the whole family, no concessions have been made in terms of comfort. This villa is also ideal as a three-generation home for the whole family! The indoor swimming pool and private wellness complete your holiday in Zeeland and thanks to all the amenities, the villa is completely weather-independent. This holiday home is located just 100 m from the sea, on the edge of the Zeeland Colijnsplaat and the De Oosterschelde National Park. Take a day trip to the nearby towns of Zierikzee, Veere, Goes, Middelburg and Vlissingen. You can do your shopping 600 m away. There are many cycling and walking paths along the beach and it is an ideal place for swimming and sports. The villa is fully equipped and has a large communal kitchen. In addition, all six bedrooms (with beds made of course!) have their own HD TV, bathroom and toilet. One of the houses (at villa 5) is equipped with a platform lift (80 x 85 cm, door width 70 cm) -Lift preferential surcharge: EURO 25. All villas have a trampoline in the garden. Green Egg (BBQ) costs EURO 19.50 including 3 kilos of coal or EURO 30.00 including 10 kilos of coal. Cot is always excl. bed linen, guests must bring this themselves. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only. The park is being built in phases. This may mean that work can take place at the park.
