Property for exclusive use The Colline Verdi farmhouse was restored a few years ago and turned into a holiday home consisting of 5 apartments which are presented here as a single proposal for a group of friends who want to spend their holiday enjoying each other's company, but without sacrificing one's own privacy. Immersed in the Umbrian countryside (at a height of 500 m a.s.l.) among the meadows, olive groves and ancient woods, Colline Verdi is an ideal destination to rejuvenate the spirit and mind. You can easily and quickly reach Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, all of which are of historical and cultural importance. The town of Valfabbrica, with shops, restaurants and banks, is a short distance away. The house is surrounded by a nice lawn area with a swimming pool (11x6, 1.10-1.50m deep) (01/05-15/10, open from 08.00am to 08.00pm), outside shower, toilet, garden furniture, barbecue, hammock, bocce pitch, table tennis, archery. Upon request and to be paid for on location: maid service, baby sitter, a chef, cooking classes. Guests have a laundry room (washing machine) at their disposal.
