Don't forget to discover the surroundings. Castellammare is a fishermen village not far away. For stunning nature, you take the ferry in Trapani which will take you to Favignana, an island which seems like paradise. Visit also overwhelming Palermo with its different cultures. Besides these places there are temples to see in Segesta, the national parc of San Vito Lo Capo is full of beautiful nature and Trapani itself is worth a visit. Enough to do! In Erice, take the cable car up to the town. It is an experience to ' drive ' over the salt mines.
