Guests have exclusive use of the entire main house, including the annex with its small wellness area (sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation room). The holiday home is situated high above the Brixen valley basin at an altitude of 1450 meters in a completely tranquil location. From the holiday home, you have breathtaking views of the stunning South Tyrolean mountains (Villnösser and Aferer Geisler). The house was lovingly renovated and furnished in 2019. With approximately 220 square meters of living space, you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, including a wood-burning stove. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The annex features a small wellness area with a Finnish sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation room, as well as a lovingly restored old mill.
