Medieval village, where once lived 4 peasant families, Cà Piero is on top of a hill (520 m m A.M.S.L.), which dominate the mountains, hills and sea Marches: the view is really fantastic, at 360 degrees! The most ancient structure dates back to 1422, and in the middle of this century there seems to have resided a long time the famous painter Piero della Francesca. Hence the name of the village. The most close location with schools, shops etc.. is Peglio, 6 km, the next is Sassocorvaro, distance 8 km, and by 9 km there are Urbania and Mercatale Lunano. The center of Urbino (the city in which Cà Piero is part), is located at 24 km. The Adriatic coast is at 40 km distance , and within 45 minutes you can easily reach Fano and Pesaro. Tuscany is only at 15 km (province of Arezzo.)
