The residence is located in a well-kept park: there are areas with lawn, paths among the laurels and Mediterranean scrub shrubs, myrtle, citrus and fruit trees. The ground slopes towards the sea, giving a magical view both from the garden and from the verandas of the 4 residential units. The inclination of the land means that all the entrances are on the ground floor, both at the front, for the upper floor, and at the rear, for the lower one.

Internally the furniture is functional. Two similar apartments are located above, next to each other, with their own independent entrances.
Both have 2 bedrooms (2 places each), 1 brand new complete bathroom (shower and toilet), living room (with sofa bed, table, chairs, various furniture) with equipped kitchen area (fridge, oven, pots, dishes and more) and access to the enchanting covered terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with table and chairs.

These two verandas, facing West-South-West, are separated by a gate, but communicating, so they can be joined if necessary. Even on the ground floor, the two houses have an equipped covered outdoor space. Here the entrances are at the rear and lead into the living room (equipped kitchen area, table, chairs, various furniture).

From the living area, a corridor leads to the other rooms, which are, for both residences: bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 places), double bedroom, excellent bathroom including shower and toilet.

The 4 houses each have 6 beds, with the difference that above, in one room we find 4 places in bedrooms and 2 in the living room, while in the other and in the apartments below, 6 places in bedrooms.

The remarkable residence therefore allows a contemporary stay of up to 24 people (6 per apartment) and is internally made up of: 8 bedrooms, 4 living rooms with kitchen, 4 brand new complete bathrooms.

Bedrooms 1,2,3,4,5,6: Each bedroom has a double bed.
Bedroom 7: The bedroom features 2 bunk beds.
Bedroom 8: The bedroom features 2 bunk beds.
Extra: There are also 2 sofa double beds in the living rooms.

The wonderful garden is crowned by the fantastic swimming pool, very large, overlooking the sea and designed to achieve the highest level of comfort and beauty. The infinity manufacturing enhances the aesthetics, both in observing it externally and in appreciating its use. The body of water has an L shape and is suitable for all categories of bathers, as it has: a very low area for children, with an aluminum perimeter handrail, a low relaxation area for adults, with a second handrail, a swimming pool with a deep part for diving (marked by an athletic springboard).

The rectangle is completed by a gazebo with a movable roof and tables/chairs. Around the solarium parts equipped with deckchairs. The couple of expert caretakers live in the property and are responsible for ensuring perfect quality of the water in the pool, the tidiness of the garden and, despite their age, they are ready to intervene if necessary. The villa uses green energy as it is equipped with an important photovoltaic system on the roof, which makes it energy independent and also solar thermal. Exceptional for groups or multiple families who wish to be together, retaining their privacy, but enjoying the lovely common areas.
