Approximately 10 km south from Syracuse is the beach resort Terrauzza, which offers fascinating rocky coasts and a crystal clear sea. The rocky coasts are flat and walkable. The nearest sandy beaches are approximately 5,5 km (Lido Arenella) and 9 km (Fontane Bianche) away from the property; Lido Arenella is one of the best organized and most beautiful private beaches of Eastern Sicily. The seaside resort of Terrauzza guarantees a bus connection every 90 minutes to Syracuse.

Distances from Villa Margherita:

Small grocery store, public telephone booth and bus stop at about 200 m, restaurant / pizzeria at about 7 km, newsagent about 8 km (in the summer season). The shopping centres Carrefour and Lidl are in Syracuse.

Location:

The detached house Villa Margherita is about 1.3 km away from the rocky coast and offers beautiful views of the landscape and the nearby Ionian Sea.

Outside accommodation:

The villa offers several porches and terraces which add charm to the building and provide the best outdoor spaces to enjoy the wonderful weather to the fullest.

Through the kitchen you reach the magnificent veranda, that is perfect for dining alfresco. A few steps lead to the swimming pool with Jacuzzi (open 01/05 to 30/09), where a small gazebo makes it possible to stay in the shade near the water. Another staircase leads to a terrace with beautiful views of the nearby sea, the entire surrounding landscape and the city of Syracuse. On clear days, even the Etna is visible. Here you can enjoy relaxing times outdoors.

A well-kept Mediterranean garden surrounds the entire house, thus expanding the already excellent outdoor spaces.

The whole apartment gives a bright, pleasant and typical Mediterranean atmosphere to your holiday. The sea is just a few minutes away from the house and offers a variety of fascinating coves, the ideal alternative for those who want to spend a beach holiday away from overcrowded bathing resorts. Syracuse, the baroque city of Noto and the extraordinary nature reserve of Vendicari are easily accessible from here.

Small parking lot inside the property. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.

Villa Margherita (6 pers.)

The spacious apartment is located on two floors and is comfortably furnished for six people. A few steps lead to the elevated, spacious open living area with a fitted kitchen (habitable) with air conditioning and a living room with wood oven and TV. Two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and an elegant bathroom with shower.

A few steps through an external stair lead down to a separate area with a further double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower (en suite). Extra bed possible for a surcharge. Washing machine. 2 bicycles are included in the price.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
