The flat, located on a recently restored building, is spread over three floors; carefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, it is ideal for families or couples seeking the pleasure of living in a relaxing and private setting.
Access is via an external staircase flanking the garden or directly from the garage. A large terrace and a paved courtyard are ideal for outdoor dining or sunbathing.
