This cozy holiday home is located near the small town of Floridia, surrounded by a lush landscape. The house and its location allow for a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean setting. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is just a 15-minute drive away and is an excellent starting point for exploring the island's beauty. Those looking for exercise can do so in the private pool or on the treadmill available on the veranda. Interior: The ground-floor living space of approximately 100 square meters is comfortably furnished for six people and offers an atmospheric living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, air conditioning, an open fireplace, and satellite TV. A kitchen with an electric oven. Two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are the other amenities of the house. Wi-Fi is available. Outdoor area: A beautiful, cozy, and spacious veranda surrounds the house, allowing you to dine outdoors overlooking the garden. A beautifully landscaped garden with large lawns provides the setting for the pool, which is for the exclusive use of guests. A gazebo with a table and chairs, an additional small kitchen, and a bathroom/toilet in a small outbuilding make outdoor living even more comfortable. Barbecue and garden furniture are available. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility. On request, use of the pool is also possible before May 1, 2025, and after September 30, 2025, for an additional charge. ```
