Beautiful 18th-century country house with typical Sienese architecture. From here, you can reach the Chianti region and the city of Siena, which offers a wealth of cultural attractions, in just a few minutes (6 km). The nearest village is 3 km away and has a bar, restaurant, and supermarket. The "Guest House" apartment (80 m²), which extends over two floors, has a private entrance via the courtyard. The main room on the ground floor includes a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, and a dining area. From here, a staircase leads to the mezzanine, which has a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. The ceiling features typical Sienese beams, and the furniture is in typical Tuscan style. Outside the apartment, there is a private area with a pergola, chairs, a parasol, and a table in the property's courtyard. A large garden with cypresses, oaks, linden trees, and Mediterranean plants and flowers surrounds the house. The 6 x 12 m swimming pool is located on a pergola-covered terrace, offering beautiful views of the forest and meadows. The surrounding 2 hectares of land are planted with olive and fruit trees. The estate is situated at an altitude of 350 m and enjoys a very sunny location.
