Description
This spacious holiday home is situated on a large property in a quiet area, a few kilometres from the sea.
Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the terrace with pergola, where you can eat outside. Outside there is also a large, well-maintained garden (1500 square metres) with barbecue facilities and a private swimming pool. It has an area of 70 square metres (water depth approx. 1.40 m) and offers a beautiful view. Deck chairs and various seating areas invite relaxation. The property has private parking spaces.
It consists of two floors. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining room is seamlessly connected to this room. These bright areas form the centre of the holiday home. The ground floor also houses a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and two spacious double bedrooms. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where three more spacious bedrooms are located. The five bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and have their own bathroom with shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are included. Renovated in 2015, the stone house is rustic on the outside, but inside it is ultra-modern and equipped with every comfort. Traditional elements such as exposed brickwork and wooden beams combine harmoniously with the elegant, high-quality interior. All rooms are air-conditioned. Internet access is free of charge.
Shopping possibilities can be found four kilometres away in Scicli and Sampieri. The house is only four kilometres from the sea and the nearest beach. Catania airport is about 125 km away.
