The apartment, furnished in a simple and functional way, consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a comfortable terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The accommodation will give you the opportunity to spend a holiday of relaxation and well-being.
Guests will have the opportunity to use the common areas inside the residence, such as the green areas with gazebo, tennis court and soccer field, playground, barbecue area and they can park for free inside the residence. Guests will be supported by our presence and advised on the best places to visit and on food and wine events not to be missed in an area so rich in traditions. The apartment is located in San Marco Renella, famous for its lush vegetation, the variety of its underwater landscape and its pristine beaches.
The apartment is the ideal starting point to visit the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, the Temple of Segesta, the nature reserves such as Torre Salsa and the Zingaro, the beaches of Eraclea Minoa, Scala dei Turchi and Menfi . Upon arrival, guests will be provided with some useful information on the most popular destinations to visit in the area.
