The private infinity pool, with beige PVC coating and oxygen filtration system, measures 10 x 5 m with a uniform depth of 1.40 m. It is accessible by means of a convenient Roman staircase and has indoor and outdoor lighting, ideal for pleasant bathing even in the evening hours. The brick solarium, furnished with sun loungers, blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings of the garden, offering a perfect space for outdoor relaxation.

The location of Ca Seppe, in the heart of the Marche hinterland, offers a perfect balance of nature, culture and tradition. Just a few minutes' drive away is Urbino, a wonderful Renaissance city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its Ducal Palace and Raphael's House. In the surrounding area you can explore historic villages such as Sassocorvaro, with its imposing Rocca Ubaldinesca, Mercatello sul Metauro, Sant'Angelo in Vado and Urbania, each with its own artistic and cultural heritage.
For nature and hiking enthusiasts, the nearby Furlo Nature Reserve, with its spectacular gorges carved into Mount Paganuccio, offers breathtaking landscapes and scenic trekking routes.
