The apartment is located in the idyllic village of Sala Comacina, directly by the Lake Como on the top floor of a newly constructed building, finished to the highest standards of quality and with elevator access. Note: To reach the elevator, you must climb an external stairway with ca. 60 steps that goes from the main road up to the front of the building, and there you find the elevator that leads to the apartment.

The apartment has three rooms: a spacious and elegant furnished main bedroom with a queen bed and a big glass door leading to the garden, a smaller bedroom with a sofa-bed that can be either 2 x single beds, or 1 x queen bed, and a stunning open plan living room/kitchen/dining with modern appliances. The well-appointed bathroom has a bathtub/shower, WC and bidet. Both bedrooms and the living areas have air conditioning. A kids table, high chair, toys and large play mat are available on request.

The highlight of the apartment is the large lake facing terrace. It is bathed in sunlight all day long and offers a 180° panoramic view of the marvellous lake and the mountains. There is a barbeque and dining setting so you can enjoy the view while you cook and eat!

A private parking lot is directly opposite the house. And there are also the bus stops to Como and Tremezzo.
The price includes Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, towels and sheets, internet access and the final cleaning.
