The detached holiday home with sauna and garden is in a very quiet location in Mitterbad near St. Pankraz, surrounded by a spacious garden, the sounds of the nearby forest and the mountain stream. In this lovingly furnished holiday home you are sure to spend a very special holiday, pampered by lots of comfort and exclusivity. After an eventful day in the great outdoors, relax in the cosy ambience and make yourself at home. You are also welcome to bring your dog with you. The owners have decided to build this new chalet in a natural and sustainable way, and the chalet and furnishings have been created with great attention to detail, tradition and a touch of luxury. The chalet offers enough space for up to eight people, making it an ideal place to spend your holiday with the whole family or with friends. Built in 2015, the holiday home has a living space of 170 m². On the ground floor, you will find a light-flooded communal area consisting of a comfortable living room, a cosy dining area and a modern cooking area. There is also a guest WC and a cloakroom, from where the staircase branches off to the upper floor. The upper floor includes a hallway from where the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are individually accessible. In the basement you will find a small wellness area and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The three bedrooms are each furnished with an indirectly lit, comfortable double bed with a width of 200 cm and are approx. 1.60 m below the sloping roof at the lowest point. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. While one bathroom is designed as a full bathroom with shower cubicle, bathtub and bidet, the second bathroom has a shower. Both bathrooms have a WC. The open-plan kitchen with its spacious cooking island invites you to cook together: The gas hob and raised oven are a dream for amateur chefs. A dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and the usual small electrical appliances are of course also available. Take a seat at the solid dining table on a bench and four traditionally designed wooden chairs. During your meal, you can enjoy a far-reaching view of the natural surroundings through the floor-to-ceiling, almost continuous glass front. Past the wood-burning stove, which provides cosy warmth in winter, you reach the living area, where you can relax together on a corner sofa after a day out. A sauna and relaxation loungers await you in the basement. On the 1500 m² fenced plot with a large garden area, you will find many cosy places with loungers to relax and unwind. Children can look forward to plenty of space and room to let off steam. You are welcome to use the herb garden for your holiday cooking and the tea garden for your senses. A barbecue is available for cosy summer evenings in convivial company. The seating area with eight rattan armchairs and a large dining table invites you to enjoy a meal outdoors. You can park your car under a carport with four parking spaces. There are also four open car parking spaces right next to the house. As a special feature during the Christmas season, you can expect a house decorated for Christmas with its own Christmas tree. Thanks to its location in the centre of the Ultental Valley hiking area, one of the most unspoilt valleys in South Tyrol with its beautiful alpine pastures and lakes, the surrounding area is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, summiteers and in winter for skiers, cross-country skiers, ski tourers and tobogganists. In St. Pankraz, 2 kilometres away, cafés, restaurants and shops await your visit. There is also the famous Mitterbad, where Empress Sissi, Otto von Bismark and Thomas Mann spent their holidays. Although it is no longer in operation, it is still well worth a visit. Within 30 to 40 minutes you can reach Merano (approx. 20 km) or Bolzano (42 km) if you feel like shopping.
