Small but luxurious, this secluded country house can accommodate only two people and features an exclusive above-ground pool (5.5 m x 2.8 m, 120 cm deep) and a private spa.
Completely secluded in the greenery and tranquillity of the Florentine Chianti countryside, the house is conveniently located near a restaurant (3 km) and the village of Leccio (4 km) with all the shops for daily needs.

The villa is surrounded by an 880 sqm garden with solarium and barbecue and has a large veranda perfect for outdoor dining and is arranged on three levels.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine) with dining area, a living room with decorative fireplace, satellite TV and a service bathroom.
Downstairs is the private spa with whirlpool tub, steam bath and shower, while on the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and hairdryer.
