Villa Alaya is a modern style building with a romantic and welcoming heart, with attention to every detail, a gem enclosed in an oasis of tranquility in the green countryside of the Partanna area (province of Trapani). The villa is surrounded by a garden full of vegetation, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh country air, immersed in the elegant swimming pool which dominates the property and offers, thanks to its position, sunsets and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and on the sea. Externally, it offers a relaxation area with a large wooden roof equipped with table and chairs, and a modern-style lounge. Inside, a bright and stylish open space, with leather sofas and flat-screen TV, a modern kitchen, complete with appliances and a dining area entirely in wood overlooking the external panorama of the villa. Villa Alaya can accommodate a maximum of eight guests, equipped with two modern bathrooms, two double bedrooms and one double bedroom with a mezzanine where there is a sleeping area with a bunk bed. The bedrooms are bright and best express the modern and contemporary style of the property, the view of the garden is that extra touch that will cheer you up when you wake up. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with a heating system. The swimming pool can also be heated upon request.
