Villa Chiara is furnished with a photovoltaic system. The property of 1hectar, with swimming pool, pergola with table and chairs and covered parking is completely fenced in and takes part of the Lago Trasimeno district. The owner is a very helpful and lovely person ad can access the grounds every day to take care of the pool and the garden. Well kept rustic style furnishings with antique furniture. Access through 800m of unpaved road in good conditions.
