Completely renovated and modernly furnished, the air-conditioned apartment has a living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances and a dining table, a sitting room with two sofas that become single beds. The living room is bright and has a view of the lake and the swimming pool of the residence. There are two bedrooms, one double with lake view and a children's room, equipped with a bunk bed, a pull-out bed and a single bed. Going up one floor inside the building along a short corridor to access the terrace for private use of about 60 square meters equipped with barbecue, wooden house for receiving outdoor furniture, large dining table for 6/8 people, sunbeds, swing and two large umbrellas. The terrace has a magnificent panoramic view of the lake and the swimming pool and is equipped with lighting for the evening.
