Independent villa at Lido di Noto about 300 metres from the beach and about 7 km from the historic centre of Noto capital of the baroque and Unesco heritage (province of Syracuse ) with 1500 square metres of lemon grove and orchard completely fenced. Animals are welcome and the villas are suitable for a holiday with your pet. The house is composed as follows: it has two bedrooms, both air-conditioned, one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a double bed, two bathrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a cast-iron wood-burning stove, a library with books in various languages and a brand new comfortable sofa bed. A masonry kitchen in rustic Sicilian style. There are also two outdoor verandas, one of which overlooks the garden, furnished with hand-painted lava ceramic tables, wrought-iron chairs, deckchairs, sofas and sunshades. The house also has private parking, unlimited wifi and an outdoor shower. From the house it is very easy to reach the most beautiful cities and towns in south-eastern Sicily such as Syracuse the second city of the Roman Empire built in 734 AD and its island Ortigia, a Unesco heritage site.
