This floor overlooks the pool area on one side and the porch with barbecue area and outdoor kitchen on the other side. Upstairs we have two bright and spacious double bedrooms, both with an external terrace, and another elegant bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with all the comforts that a holiday home requires. Outside, the house has a swimming pool area and a Jacuzzi.And there is also a spacious BBQ area.From a small private road, after about 300 meters, you reach the enchanting golden beach of Marzamemi.
