Flat in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli and the historic centre, in the immediate vicinity of via Toledo Apartment located on the third floor (without lift) of a typical building of the Quartieri Spagnoli, today part of the Unesco World Heritage Site together with the entire historic centre of Naples. The apartment is located in a mostly pedestrian area, quiet but at the same time very lively due to the presence of trattorias and meeting places that make the alley frequented at all hours by Italian and foreign tourists. Situated on the third floor, it has a large balcony overlooking the "Largo Baracche", thus giving the whole flat airiness and brightness, and is allowed to be used as a smoking area. In the area there are numerous pay car parks for guests' cars at special rates subject to prior reservation. The 37 sqm flat can accommodate a maximum of 2+2 persons. It consists of a living room with a dining area with a comfortable table for four guests and a comfortable king-size sofa bed. In the loft area is the large double bedroom with a French bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, combined microwave oven, toaster and a convenient breakfast peninsula. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Air conditioning and WiFi complete the comfort. The accommodation enjoys a very central location: the historic centre of Naples with its myriad churches, the Royal Palace, and the Maschio Angioino castle are within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will also find transport links for all kinds of excursions or visits to Naples and its province. At 120 metres from the house there is the metro station "Toledo" recognised as "The most beautiful station in Europe" and in five minutes on foot you can reach the Funicolare Centrale or the Funicolare di Montesanto that take you to the hilly area of Vomero. Bus lines run along the adjacent thoroughfares of Via Medina and Piazza Municipio. The docks for hydrofoils and ferries to the islands of the Gulf can be reached by metro or even on foot (about 1 km). The central station of Piazza Garibaldi can be reached very easily by metro without having to make changes.
