Holiday rental villa very close to the sea, both to the sandy beach in the "Scianuli" area and to the rocky coast with Torre Squillace lido. The house has a large outdoor space with a large brick section and various flowerbeds, entirely fenced with high perimeter walls, therefore convenient if you have children and/or animals in tow. In the courtyard we notice the staircase leading to the terrace overlooking the sea, a practical outdoor shower, the sink and a table with chairs and umbrella. The entrance leads into the air-conditioned living room, very spacious, furnished with table, chairs, cabinet with TV, double sofa bed. From the living room you reach the perfectly equipped kitchenette or the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms (large double bedroom, second double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds) and a beautiful bathroom equipped with everything you need (both shower cubicle and all services ). Suitable for a maximum of 8 people, it is equipped with new furniture and is located just 150m from the sea, excellent for your holiday stay.

The brand new villa is just 150m from the rocky coast, in the stretch where there is a comfortable equipped beach. The sandy beach is about 250m away, an inlet called "Li Scianuli" next to a proud Saracen watchtower. The area is truly enchanting, in fact you will have the lively Porto Cesamericano to the north where you can walk along the large seafront or visit the numerous clubs, and to the south the Bay of Sant'Isidoro, where you can taste excellent seafood. You will also be close to Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Colimena, Porto Selvaggio, Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno and Gallipoli, a myriad of enchanting places, gems in a sinuous coastal fragment. The hinterland also deserves to be experienced, Leverano with its delicious peasant produce, Copertino and the large castle, Nardò with an extensive historic center and Lecce, the baroque city par excellence.
