Bright and cozy apartment with garden in Magreglio, a two-minute drive from the Sanctuary of Madonna del Ghisallo.

The apartment, on the mezzanine floor of a house, boasts outdoor spaces that include a small garden furnished with sofas and a small table, sun loungers and a barbecue. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring a living room with a single sofa bed, a dining table, a television, access to the balcony and garden, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet. A bathroom with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, and heating.

To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
