Highchairs and cots are available free of charge on request. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the flat or under the covered terrace. There are three different tables with seating for smokers in the garden. Guests should also note that all three bedrooms are newly carpeted. Therefore a request to you, please do not use your street shoes and beach slippers in the bedrooms. Many thanks, also on behalf of the other guests.

The nearest shops are approx. 200 metres away, the nearest restaurant approx. 400 metres. The free sandy beach with free parking directly in front of the entrance is approx. 900 metres from the holiday flat. The southern shore of Lake Balaton is equally suitable for families and young people to spend a relaxing and exciting holiday. Even active holidays on Lake Balaton have a long tradition, as activities have been a top priority here for years: Tennis, horse riding, sailing and water sports, fishing, cycling and hiking are just some of the activities on offer on the southern shore. The beaches are particularly suitable for families with small children. The lake here is sandy and shallow, so even the youngest children can have fun in the water without any worries. The sandy beach in Balatonszarszo is not only great for swimming, but also for relaxing. There are plenty of sunbathing areas and play facilities for young and old on the well-kept lawn. After a long day of swimming, various activities await you: a round trip on the bell railway, concerts and events at the Süsü children's theatre, supervised handicraft lessons, street parties or a lovely evening at a traditional family riding stables with a carriage ride and delicious Hungarian food - grandma still bakes the strudel for you here.
