PROPERTY POLICY

• Our property is part of a family-owned residential complex. It’s a joyful place of relaxation, so we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of the Greek summer off hours and your neighbours. Parties are not allowed.
• This is a smoke-free environment. If you must smoke please do so outdoors and use the ashtrays provided.
• Pets are welcome upon request and subject to specific conditions that guests must agree to before booking. Please inquire for more details.
• Our property is best suited for families, couples and small groups of friends who seek a joyful and tranquil place to relax. For groups of friends, we typically ask that at least half of the group members are 30 years of age or older. Exceptions may be considered, please advise us in advance.
• While our home is suitable for children, toddlers and young children should always be supervised, especially near the swimming pool area and terraces.
