The house is located almost on the edge of the village of Milina opposite the uninhabited island of Alatas and only 30 metres from the beach, which is separated by the local road. Milina is the gateway to south and south-east Pelion. From Milina you can reach Platanias and Mikro as well as Katigiorgis to the east and Trikeri, Agia Kyriaki and the small inhabited island of Trikeri to the south. The distance to the pretty harbour town of Volos is approx. 50 km and to the airport approx. 96 km. The house is 1-storey (ground floor + upper floor) and has 6 residential units; four of them with sea view and two with mountain view. All flats are equipped to standard and very well maintained. On the upper floor, the three studios form a self-contained flat with 3 bedrooms and 3 x shower/WC. Each room has a balcony (two with sea view and one with mountain view) with garden furniture. Two rooms are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed and one room only with a double bed. Each room also has air conditioning and a small kitchenette with fridge. Almost at the end of the Pelion peninsula is the small fishing village of Milina. Many wood carvers used to work in this wooded area - today the idyllic location of the village attracts more and more holidaymakers to this area. The charming landscape with its many olive groves stretches along the free sand/pebble beach, which runs parallel to the coastal road. There are tavernas, cafés, shops and two boat moorings in the village, from where visitors can be taken on excursions to the islands of Alatas and Prassouda or to the island of Trikeri a little further away. You can also easily reach the island of Alatas on your own by bringing your own dinghy or hiring a motorboat.
