Location: The house is located almost on the edge of the village of Milina opposite the uninhabited island of Alatas and only 30 metres from the beach, which is separated by the local road. Milina is the gateway to south and south-east Pelion. From Milina you can reach Platanias and Mikro as well as Katigiorgis to the east and Trikeri, Agia Kyriaki and the small inhabited island of Trikeri to the south. An excursion there is recommended. A studio for 2-3 persons on the ground floor no. 3 approx. 39 square metres + 16 square metres veranda: This studio is located on the ground floor at the back of the house. It consists of a bed-sitting room (approx. 39 square metres) with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two children or one adult. It has a kitchenette with dining table, shower/WC, a veranda (approx. 16 square metres) with garden furniture and garden view. Cleaning: Cleaning takes place every 4th day. Change of bed linen and towels: every 4th day and earlier if required. Parking: directly in front of the house or very close to the house (on the street) Beach: directly in front of the house sandy-pebble beach (approx. 30 m). Of course in the surrounding area you will find many small bays and beaches with clear water. The house has sun loungers and parasols for its guests. Very close to the beach and shopping facilities. Very good starting point to explore South Pelion. Entertainment and shopping facilities: Nearby and along the promenade you will find nice taverns, cafes, restaurants, traditional ouzo taverns and grocery shops. In Milina you will also find many organic products. You can also hire small motorboats in Milina.
